ATA1414P is a single-chip, one-lane PCI Express to two Serial-ATA (SATA) II and one Parallel-ATA (PATA) channels RAID host controller that brings server-class features to the desktop. SATA1414P equips high- performance chipset which supports all Serial ATA II features, including 3.0 Gbps SATA II transfer speeds and Native Command Queuing (NCQ). Besides, the external SATA channel supports Hot-Swapping feature to attach/detach SATA hard drive and enclosure without powering your system off.
