General information:
- Our retail store may be used as a collection point for orders. You will need some form of identification (ID, passport, drivers license) as well as your confirmation email, stating that your order is ready for collection. If you are sending someone to collect on your behalf, please supply us with that person's name & ID number.
- All pricing are inclusive of VAT.
- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise indicated
- Shipping charges are calculated based on weight/volume and displayed to you during the checkout procedure
- Banking details for EFT payments will be emailed to you upon confirmation of stock
- We do have credit card facilities for in store purchases/order collections

We are open Mondays – Fridays from 8:30 to 17:30
We are also open on Saturdays and Public Holidays from 9:00 to 13:00.
We are closed on Sundays, Easter weekend, Christmas and New Year.
